I like to play that Marianne's "cursed crest" has effects that manifest in intense sexual desire. Her piety and shame are intermixed with this and the exact intensity can depend on the thread and what the other player wants out of it. This can go to the degree that the desire for sex is almost a trance-like state where Marianne cannot control herself.
While the intense sexual desire is baseline, I will also play scenarios in which the "curse" manifests in nonstandard physiology such as the addition of a standard or monstrous penis for various penetrative acts.
Playing with the idea that Marianne, if not recruited in other routes, fails to show up in the wartime act at all, she either fell victim to her curse and sunk into depravity or was captured by a group for sexual service.
Marianne is 18 at the assumed canonpoint of the end of Part 1 but can be played younger for scenarios earlier at school or older for wartime scenarios.
